Well yeah, you do need practice but it's still not bad for a start though just practice a lot more and you definitely will get there ! Remember to always use references of him too (try to avoid copying poses though) and you'll notice that with more practice, you'll start to get the hang of drawing him and then you'll be able to draw a wider range of things!
