If Ratchet and Clank had it's own manga series, I would pick this style:

My god, he's a pretty good Manga artist and it's strange for me to say that since the Anime style ain't my cup of tea.

That would certainly be a more epic story and better look compared to the official R and C manga that was made in Japan a few years ago. (Although it's story follows more the old misadventure style of Ratchet and Clank)

Ah yes, I've seen those pages before and they're spectacular emoji a very likable manga style for Ratchet and Clank! I am curious to know what the official Manga is like too, it's probably very wacky like the Crash Bandicoot one CoroCoro comics did too heh.

oh yeah I seen these pages before they were really nice I like how he drew them I wonder what the other characters (Orvus, Sigmund, Dr.N, Qwark, etc) would look like if he drew them

Yeah, they're pretty good, but, i've no idea whats going on in it emoji

Yeah, if only the artist had some spare time to continue with this, but I really like how the plot is build up… for a Prologue I believe. emoji

It looks like a prologue to me.

I think you might find some Japanese Ratchet and Clank clips and commercials on youtube or even here on this site to hear his Japanese voice. The voice of the Japanese version is done by a female actress who kind of sounds familiar to the Japanese voice of Naruto. But, I think in a Crack in Time, his voice was done by somebody else since Ratchet is all growing up now. emoji

He's voice by Makoto Tsumura in the japanese version, who is also famous for her role of Takato Matsuda of the Digmon Tamer series and Astro Boy in the Astro Boy 2003 TV series.

But yea, I'm not a big fan of the giant eyebrows.

I recall watching some footage of one of the games in Japanese, the eyebrows are just placed over the top clumsily so that sometimes, you can see his normal eyebrows. emoji tut tut to the animators for the Japanese version.

LOL! really? Now that's funny… but also very lazy :S

Well I hate the eyebrows, when I watch the Japanese trailers for those games, they just… STAND out so much, very hard to ignore emoji but in their own artwork for Japanese Ratchet, he looks 'ok'…

What's funny is that the original games (R&C-SAC )

His eyebrows are still black, but they were not as bushy as the one in the future trilogy.

People should never do this kind of stuff to Ratchet!I mean,if they took away the shiny eyes, the high pitched voice, and especially the eyebrows,I think Ratchet would look better with green pants in my opinion. emoji

Anyway,I have one question…Can't you people change anyone else but Ratchet?!Seriously, you've done enough to him with the shiny eyes!! emoji

Awesome things usually happens in Japan, but THIS on the other hand is one thing that I am quite disappointed with. emoji

I see that Japan only add big bushy eyebrows on anthropomorphic characters in video games like Ratchet and Crash Bandicoot for instance, but not every videogame character who is anthropomorphic don't have big bushy eyebrows. Japanese Banjo doesn't have any. Same goes with Japanese Sly, or Japanese Daxter. Why is that? Is it because they don't have eyebrows, but characters who have eyebrows need those furry black caterpillars right above their eyes?

Well… I think that might be another case why Ratchet has those… THINGS in the Japanese version. emoji

Makes me wonder what they'd do with Ace in their style emoji since he doesnt have eyebrows at all XD!

But yeah, I do find it extremely weird how they give Ratchet and Crash (fake Crash) huge as eyebrows though…?

I think they would just leave Ace as he is since he doesn't have any, just like what Japan did with Banjo or Diddy Kong.

Guess they didn't had to do anything with Alister in A Crack in Time though. Why? Because he has big bushy eyebrows anyways. emoji
