Yes you can. But I didn't mean evil in that way. I meant that these are the sorts of games that put me in an emotionally unstable situation… allow me to explain.
Seeing as how I always aspire to build crazy over the top things, I always run out of money on the scenarios where money is involved. So I always play in a custom scenario. Setting up these scenarios is a real pain because I have both the expansion packs and there are insane object selection limitations, so I spend hours going through the thousands of objects 1 by 1 weeping as I am forced to 'not include' what feels like the vast majority of them.
When that's all done I have to increase the map size to it's limit and use a little land ownership tool to select all the land that I want my park to be built in (the whole map of course). This takes way longer than it rightfully should.
Then finally I'm ready to start building a park. So I'll build it all up as much as I can, until people start complaining that their AI is broken and they can't follow the paths I've built, so I have to create shortcuts through most of my beautiful scenery (which they actually admire, so it's not all bad). By the end of it all I'll have probably wasted hours making giant walls and impractical transport rides that the peeps don't ever seem to care about because they're all too busy complaining I haven't littered the layout of my master vision with stupid toilets and first aid rooms (which they don't use half the time).
And at the end of the day I have no real achievement because I untimely had no real goals anyway. (prepare for imminent contradiction)
But unlike The Sims I can actually be proud of my incredible park at the end, so I'll give it that… In the Sims everybody just dies at the end. (which was not depressing at all)
