It has been a news-filled week for our two heroes. Rainmaker released the official theater poster for the Ratchet and Clank Movie, and the PlayStation Magazine had some new content for the Ps4 game!

The movie poster finally puts James Arnold Taylor and David Kaye's names along with the others–a wish come from for both voice actors. Qwark holds up the Ratchet and Clank title, with Ratchet and Clank on top. Cora and Brax are on either side of them, and Chairman Drek lurks behind menacingly.

As for the PS magazine, it has a pretty interesting cover: Qwark is holding up glasses while reading a script, Clank is sitting on a table memorizing his lines, Ratchet is lying on a couch, throwing a paper airplane, and Dr. Nefarious drinks radioactive coffee while looking bummed out.

Inside the magazine are two screenshots of planet Veldin during the daytime! Ratchet doesn't have Clank on his back, so it's possible that this is before he meets Clank. Judging by the Galactic Ranger promos surrounding the plateau, it's safe to say Ratchet is trying to meet up with Qwark. There's even a Qwark robot like the one from Metropolis!

Ted Price said that his team worked so hard to make sure that this was the best Ratchet and Clank game ever. He also said that he would love to continue the series in this direction if there was enough fan service for it. Having a movie helps too.

This image of two Blarg getting blown up seems to indicate that a new weapon could be in play. Perhaps they took a page out of Into The Nexus, and made a grav bomb!

What else is new this month? Both the Ratchet and Clank Novel and Movie Reader come out in early February, so unless you want to get blasted with spoilers, I'd advise to stay away from them. For more news on Ratchet and Clank, stay tuned to Ratchet Galaxy.
