Yes, it's not April Fools'… A few days ago I decided to ask the movie's distributor in my country about the release date and hoped they'll share the secret with me. Well, they did! And somehow it didn't make me happy… See how it went:

So, to make things clear, the movie might have been pulled back all the way to the late 2015/early 2016. Now, it's not a 100% sure thing, the distributor might have old information (though that's unlikely), the release date could still be changed and maybe this is all just some sick, late April Fools' joke. The final confirmation will come (soon I hope) from the movie's creators themselves. Until that happens, let's just all stay calm.

Let's hope it's a Christmas release date and not a January release date. Studios don't exactly stack January with their best movies…

Man, it's less than a month till' May comes - with the lack of advertisement and info there's no way we're getting it so fast. Unless you were talking about May 2016.
I mean May this year. You know, sometimes there are surprises that we didn't even see coming. And it could be the movie. They could make a sudden announcement that they'll release it on May.

It does not work like that, they cannot start advertising it a few weeks before the release. The movie is NOT for fans only. In fact, we're the minority here and R&C aren't that recognizable. As close as it is, May is not just unlikely, it's impossible.
