On planet Daxx are two ways to go… In first is… Ratchet knows information about Biobliderator and in other way is music video of Courtney Gears. Which way is first and which is second (for story). Or it doesnt matter?

I think it doesn't really matter. They're just two different kinds of story plots that happens in one planet.
I usually take the path to see Courtney Gears music video first and then take the other path to see info on the Biobliderator last since I think the important storytelling should be left for last.
