hi guys i am a young teenager boy and i play ratchet and clank and my frnds call me a kid coz i play a kids game and say its 4 babys can u pls tell me ur age and if u think ratchet and clank is 4 babys

But I do have one question-Did your friends ever play Ratchet and Clank?Cause if they didn't,then they shouldn't be saying this kind of stuff.What I'm saying is that you can't judge a game by it's cover.

Plus,Ratchet is rated E10,used to be rated T.So this game isn't for babies.

most people see it as a kids game just because it looks cartoony, and isn't one of these cookie cutter FPS games that are all the rage at the moment, so they won't even give it a go and see it's brilliance.

R&C has brilliant a storyline, brilliant and humorous characters and (one of my favorite reasons) lots of little jokes around the place that only mature people will get (or should I say immature, lol).

Also lets not forget, the people who make R&C are all the college student type of people, immature and fun, lol, so there's no way these guys make R&C for kids, it's just that it can be played by kids.

I'm 14, Ratchet and Clank are awesome, Blowing stuff up with explosions isn't for babies, I know a guy who is like 22 and Ratchet and Clank is his fave game. Some people are mislead by the bright yellow furry mascot, little do they know…. end of story

I am 18 years old, and I like Ratchet (I became an official fan 8 month ago… give or take… There are funny cutscenes, dialogues and characters.

And I could say why I do and why I don't think it's for 'babies'. Hell, people who even think it's just for little kids and babies are automatically labeled as idiots by me XD it's most likely they havent even played the games for themselves at all!

Ratchet and Clank is just one of those series that is easy to like by a wide range of ages, kids, teens and adults! Even my young brother agrees when I asked him what he thought lol. But yeah, there are just some teens/adults who just think it's kiddy, without even taking a better look into it…

(and wow, I'm not the oldest here anymore *points at Sigmundcutie*) While the games are aimed at a younger audience with it's lightheartedness and E10 rating, the game itself isn't at all babyish. The gameplay is mature, along with the story and the characters. Anyone who says it is babyish just how it looks without playing it, they shouldn't talk.

I don't think so. I'm 23 (pretty much the oldest here in the RG English forum) and I think Ratchet and Clank is an awesome game series.

I would of said the same thing as what Revan just said. The only reason why everyone sees Ratchet and Clank as a series for little kids is because it's cartoony and "accordingly to many people", anything that has a western cartoon style to it is meant to be for kids. It really bugs me of how people see that kind of style these days. They have to judge it right away before actually looking through it.

As for Ratchet and Clank, I would say that it's meant for a wide variety of audience. Kids, Teen and even Adults can enjoy the humor, the 3rd dimensional characters and plot and even the gameplay in this franchise.

So therefore - Ratchet and Clank is 100% BUTCH compared to other E rated games.
