That would be a very cheap and unlikely way of making a 3rd game.

I don't like the idea of resurrecting characters, especially ones in Cole's case. He was killed in a very emotional ending.
But if they could come up with some reasonable explanation beyond magic, I suppose I would let it pass. After all I do love playing inFamous!

I could see the game having two completely different storylines (and in the good story you could switch to go evil, and in the bad story you could switch to be good!)

Back on-topic, one of my frends was playing this game, and when Ratchet died his reaction was the same as mine, he kinda just didn't care. Then when Ratchet got saved by Clank it hit him like a ton of bricks

Me: "Yeah Yeah, Ratchet's dead, whatever!"


5 mins later, he spring back to life…

NO, remember they don't own Ratchet, Sony do, and for as long as Sony like money, they are not going to see Ratchet die, and if Ratchet ends with a death in the end, Sony and whatever developer makes that move, are going to be facing up against a lot of enraged fans.

EDIT: Oh and by the way Resistance is Over, Insomniac ended it.
