Even though there were very few soundtracks(and a lot of short ones)in Quest for Booty,I still think a few of the soundtracks were enjoyable.These are my favorites:
The Azorean Sea
Hoolefar Turbines
Fixing the Supply Beacon
Mysteries of Hoolefar
The Curse of Darkwater
Climbing Darkwater's Fleet
The Battle of Hoolefar
Darkwater Cove
Lythoin Caves
Sprocket's Rage
Battle for the Fulcrum Star
I also liked a few of the shorter soundtracks.
I reckon the title theme was the best 
it was chilling but hearty at the same time

QfB has one of the best SoundTrack of the series right next the first game.

Yeah, A Crack in Time had the best score. But QFB and A4O were awesome anyway. And don't forget about ToD, SM or SAC (I like those soundtracks too).
