Sujet : Black line on the radar

I was just replying the final missions in R: D and in the last mission before the Vox boss battle in the final area on the radar there is a black line. WHAT DOES IT MEAN? Thanks for answer  Here's the link for picture: https://ctrlv.cz/CfcQ
