I'm looking to 3D print the Carbonox armour from the limited edition statue but I need the sprites in a .obj file, can anyone help me?

Sprites as an object file? I'm guessing you mean a 3D model in .obj format. I did a small Google search and ended up here:

I am pretty sure this is only a game model though. It will not have any thickness for the printer to read, so you will have to do some converting yourself.
There are probably some places out there to get 3D print ready files of Ratchet, but you'd be lucky to find that exact armor set.
