I made this thread just because I was about to preorder the LBP2 collector's editon from amazon at first it was nearly £130 but then it's nearly £120 not that I'm complaining about the price gone down but what confused me that it says 'PS3 version' instead of UK version and can't find it so just a quick question could I play USA PS3 games on a UK PS3 console? I just want to be safe then sorry before I preorder the collector's edition of Little Big Planet 2

that's ok but one thing comes to mind is that if you can't use the USA DLC on the UK PS3 console then what is the point of putting up the USA collector's edition on amazon uk?
PS3 games are region free which means that you should be able to play games bought in the US on a UK machine with a problem (the only slight issue being that US games work on NTSC and UK games on PAL, but that should only affect it if you're playing in standard definition)
As for DLC, that's something I really don't know I'm afraid.
It has something to do with the disc and all, but I can't remember.

I'm positive it will work on your UK PS3 but i doubt the DLC would work.
I know but I think I'll either wiat a bit longer for it even if the stupid VAT has increase the price or end up not getting the collectors edition and never forgive amazon.uk for this I really don't understand it thought after all this time amazon did a wonderful job of deliveries and stuff and bam! it screwd up by doing that … please don't tell me it's because of some stupid strike that everyone is doing due the they got sick of the VAT increase like the news said
