I don't know if you already know about this, but it's a humour website with info about the series written in a really silly way, and you can't help but luao. It's kinda like Encyclopedia Dramatica.
For example, the articles on:
"Arther Fizzydrink"
Amelia Cross
Tachyon
Ratchet & Clank: Fu**
Mars Bars
Hmm… I don't like it (and not because it's a parody of Ratchet and Clank :P I don't mind that). The humour is really bad and none of it even relates to the games at all. Encyclopedia Dramatica is more witty, whilst (generally) sticking to the true facts.
I agree with Melazzee. Encyclopedia Dramatica is way better than Blargipedia.
Hm. Oh well, I guess we all have different humour triggers. I personally 
'd at the unexpected reference to
Mars Bars.
