Sujet : A4O cheats menu - can't access

Ok, this may get met with a "well duh" reaction, but my wife and I are totaly lost here.

Let me start off by saying we have been R&C fans since the first playable demo of Ratchet and Clank 1. Since then, we have gotten every R&C game out - including one we got from AT&T on my old Slivr mobile phone. Wish I could find that one again!

Anyway - here is what I need to know:

The cheats section states that you have to beat the game to access the cheats. My wife HAS beaten the game, even let the end credits play all the way through, yet we are STILL unable to access the cheats menu. Are we missing something here?

Any help on this would be appriciated!

When you start a game, click "Cheats" before you click "Create game".

Has she played through every level with the same character? I found this glitch, in order to unlock the cheats, you have to play every level with any character, if you change your character part way through the game, the cheats will not be available

That's kinda what we figured so she is playing through the whole thing with just one character this time. Thanks!
