I did this in like 15 min. so it's not really like what I had in y head, but:

I guess this is when people have mutated and have about 6 arms.
it would probably be more usful to have loads of thumbs or fingers. 
That is if you figured out how to hold it.

In the game it would be like "please press square" *presses square* "no the other square" *presses the other square* "you're not getting it. I mean the square shaped button" *presses the square shaped button* "excellent, now please take your fingers off the L buttons" *gamer does nothing* "sorry, you do not have the required number of fingers and thumbs to operate this controller, please move back to your PS3, and standby for 6 million years, until your kind have evolved the required number of fingers to use the Dualshock Infinite"
