Where can I get or buy:

PS3 + ALL the accessories and games: Sonic adventure 2, Sonic the Hedgehog(2006), Ratchet & Clank(All 3 Future series games), Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, Ratchet 7 Clank: Q Force, Jak & Daxter Trilogy, Sly Cooper Trilogy, Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time and Playstation Move Heroes
NDs + ALL the accessories and games: Sonic Rush, Sonic Rush Adventure, Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood, Sonic Advance(1, 2 & 3) and Sonic Battle
3rd and 6th issue of ''Ratchet & Clank" Comic Book series, 2 issues of ''Adventures of Sly Cooper", ''Sly Cooper: To Catch a Thief" book, American DVD collection of all 78 episodes of ''Sonic X" anime?

If you get a PSP you can get comic books (I know for sure the Ratchet & Clank ones. Don't know about the Sly ones, but I'd imagine so) off of the PlayStation Store.

Wow, you want A LOT things :oui:
Most of them you'll find on Ebay, and some on Allegro (for every one else, it's kind of Polish Ebay/Amazon). Also, Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 for PS3 can be purchased only via PSN (there is no retail versions). And I see you are going to buy Sonic 06 (for a lot of people "the worst game ever made". Well, I understand you. I couldn't resist buing it myself, and, suprisyngly, I'm happy I did it. Seriously, in the beggining it is horrible, but then it's pretty fine (but horrible at the end again). If you're ready to pass all those bugs and lags, it won't be that bad. Also, when you get your Sly books, say what do you think about them. I might get them too, but if there's really a super-rare Sly collectible I want, it's this.

I forgot to mention. If you want Polish dubbed games (R&C: A4O, QForce, PS Move Heroes, Sly 4, Jak and Daxter: TLF) you need to buy PAL versions (from Poland, England, France or any other place in Europe), not NTSC (from USA).

You can buy the PSP games you want from PSN, but you'd need a bigger memory stick to store them all (4GB should do it). Same with Sonic Adventure 2, the Jak and Daxter Trilogy, and R&C All4One (except, obviously, that they're for PS3). QForce isn't even out yet, but no doubt you'll be able to get it off PSN when it is.
You might not even be able to get your hands on Sonic 06 though, as it's been delisted.
If you want physical copies of these games (including those I didn't mention), find a game retailer in your nearest city, or, like the others suggested, try eBay and Amazon. If all else fails, consider PSN.
If you miss out on any, well, you're stuck.
