'Captain obvious' is an internet thing. The name is given to people who point out the obvious. But often ''Captain?'' is used in comments on posts people don't understand. Like 9gag. 
And then someone with a good explanation will come in like "Captain here. Blah blah blah blah *flies away"

hey has anyone found any news lateley about r and c the movie, it seems as if insomniac has gave up giving out news unless im looking at the wrong things. also anyone know what happened to sasha, i know shes the president of kerwan because it says in gladiator/deadlocked but that was the last time she was ever seen it was like insomniac forgot all about her and she was a lombax, werent she?
Well, E3 just dropped a bomb. It'll probably be a while. Especially now that both have seen set back.

Sasha's a Markazian. And, different people wrote the Future series, so it's very possible that they just didn't write her in, and by, "Very possible" I mean, they just didn't bother writing in a lot of characters like Helga and Skid, as well.
It's a shame, too. Skid's my favorite side-character.
It's a shame there are so many 'forgotten' characters. But the 'reboot' might change that, we'll see.
