Now I think about it.. I did buy something. A new mousepad, I had one from Ikea but it was falling appart by now. Got a new one for €1, smells like a new car ^^

I highly recommend you drop your mousepad and fire up Rayman: Legends.

Its high up on the list, maybe in 3 weeks or so.
And I know what I said ealier about not buying anything until late March. But my mother took me to my favorite thrift store. Lucky for me, thrift stores aren't expensive.
The Tomb Raider '97 is a double. I already own a double-disc, but the rest of my TR collection is single. It think this will look much nicer in my collection.

You seem to be situated in a place swarming with games!
You find all these amazing deals on things, and can even track down games older than the PS2 generation.
If I wanted to get anything older than PS2… I simply couldn't. I'd have to get something from overseas or scout around on Trade Me (like eBay but better) And then if I wanted to get a good deal on a modern game I could only really expect EB Games sorts of prices.

Or you could just buy them from the PSN. Saves time and money.

I do buy PS1 games from PSN (well did before I brought the last good one). But I'm not really into buying PS3 or PS Vita games from PSN, it is cheaper to get them from the shops… and you get a disc.
EDIT: I also brought a PSP game off of PSN once.

It depends a lot on the country I think. I live in Holland, the crisis hit here pretty badly even when people can't see it first eye. Meaning they have a lot of thrift stores, fleamarkets and Used Products stores here. UP is a store that sells 2nd hand electronics, including games. I got my Rayman L for €10 in a similar store.
My profit comes from those kind of things. Sometimes I surf around the Dutch eBay; Marktplaats. But most of it are random finds.

I played MGS2 on the PS2 and later the collection on the Vita. Gave it two chances, but I can't get myself to like it.

2 is widely considered to be the worst in the series, though I really loved 2. I can see why others wouldn't though (aside from people who hate it because Raiden isn't Snake). Its unfortunately got probably the most boring setting/atmosphere in the series.

I quit the very firt moment you're outside and play as Raiden. With MGS3 I quit after quite some time in the woods. Its not my game.
