I found this on the ghost station on Ratchet gladiator, the ship that you fly is in the red square and the weird ship is in the red circle, i have seen this a few times before. can anyone tell me what it is? the ship will be small and blue.

Hm, very curious. I must confess, I haven't played Gladiator and I know very little of all its locations, so I can't offer an informed guess. If it's not from a location or mission you haven't done yet, or left over from something that was deleted from the game, it's probably just a decoration or an Easter Egg.
Well, ghost station has many ships around it. For example in the mission where you need to destroy those nodes, some of them are attached to bigger starcruisers. Probably that's just the theme of the level.
That's the Dreadzone ship 
Its not the Dreadzone ship as it is the wrong shape, the Dreadzone ship is longer and orange while this is short and blue.
Then it's just another contestant.
