It's just supposed to introduce people to the series.
However, unless they retell the story from R&C1 all the way up to ItN, there's no way to fit Talwyn in that.

The poster was unveiled at this week's American Film Market in Santa Monica, California.
It was also retwetted by Ratchet & Clank movie twitter page yesterday. Sorry, but I'm affraid your discovery wasn't noticed outside RG and IG Forums.
