Well it is Veldin. And it sounds like the announcer (possibly Qwark?) said "Impressive! Could we be looking at Solana's next Galactic Ranger?". Sounds like Qwark, and sounds a lot like some sort of trail thingy for people to see if they have what it takes to become a ranger… I wonder how well Ratchet does?
More stuff? Guess the game has gotta be pretty big if they can get away with so many teasers!

This could be some kind of mini-arena much like the Rangers mission on UYA. That would be much better and could create a nice small diversion from the main game, something like a break.
Huh, Veldin as the arena planet, or at least an arena planet. I'm sure none of us could say we saw that coming.

I don't speak Spanish, but I don't think he said anything new in there. I'm pretty sure he was just introducing himself and presenting Ratchet and Clank PS4.
