I have the online pass, and am able to connect to multiplayer servers, but whenever I try to create a game I get 'unable to create game'.
Does this mean the Connected trophy is now impossible to get?

Does this mean the Connected trophy is now impossible to get?
Well, I have a feeling that no one really plays All 4 One online anymore–much like FFA, both are dead server games, and I have been unable to platinum either game :/
