Sujet : CM Presents: Bring Back Bandicoot

Hello there! I'm CrashRatchetFan and I'm new here to the forums. I have come to you with some news. If you know Crash Bandicoot which was created by Naughty Dog, Insomniac's buddy developer, is now in the hands of Activision. For 3 years know, Activision has done nothing with the Crash Bandicoot franchise but only to release 2 mobile apps and the current developer Radical Entertainment who was in charge of the series was laid off last year. JumpButton, who's in charge of the CM Forums created a petition to help keep Crash alive. Even Jason Rubin, who created Crash is helping with the petition and so is composer Josh Mancell! Almost everyone in the world loves Crash and they don't want him to disappear from the world. It is a real shame to see where the Crash series has gone :S I was once a hardcore fan, back in the good old days of Twinsanity, Travellers Tales and Naughtydog.

I'll try and get some more to sign it, I'm sure there are a few Crash fans hanging about here and there. And some of my family members still support the bandicoot

Wow! Thanks alot guys! If Crash was even real, he would give ya a good ol' pat in the back for helping him. But we're gonna need more horsepower in order to help him. So spread the word and help keep him alive! Tell friends on facebook, ask family members, anything to help the bandicoot! We have the freedom of speech to tell Activi$ion about Crash! Hope you can help!

If this petition doesn't work, it'll make me want to do this.

I really hope Radical announces a new Crash game, although I'm sceptical they'll just make it like the new ones. The platforming Crashes were far better, IMO Crash 3 was the best of them.

The next Crash game should take place between Crash 3 and CTR just to explain how Cortex, N.Tropy and the others got back from the prehistoric times and as adults again. It is unlikely to happen though, but it would certainly fill a plot hole in the series. (Wrath of Cortex begins from the end of CTR, as Oxide is seen leaving Earth in the title screen sequence, and Twinsanity takes place three years after WoC as explained at the beginning of TS. That would make a continuous storyline from Crash 1 to Twinsanity.)

I hate to break it to you but the team at Radical responisble for the Crash games were laid off and they were developing a Crash game codenamed "Crash 2010" with Crash rescuing his little primal bandicoot buddies from the clutches of Cortex and it was to have old school features but since the team was laid off Feb. 2010, the state of the project is currently unknown. If we get enough people, we will request Activision to continue development on the Crash 2010 project and produce Crash games generations to come.

Well, I read that from Crash Mania some time ago. It would have been better if Sony owned the rights like they own Ratchet & Clank, as that way it would be a bit more probable for a new Crash game to appear. But I hold hopes for Radical to bring Crash back. If not on PS3, then possibly on PS4.

Well Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart 2 wasn't bad… Maybe they could make a Crash Bandicoot platformer app for iPhone.

BTW, the PlayStation Community doesn't seem too receptive about BBTB...
