I REALLY love what they've done with Qwark

Qwark smiling at the screen in both images indicates a possible commercial airing.
Drek will pose as a good guy (since he is the supreme chairman) and Qwark is probably is second in command.
Maybe that is not Drek's definitive design.
I mean, that may be just one of his appearances.
