Sujet : R&C 2010 Calendar?

I havent seen a topic about this here so…

Who here actually owns it? Not too many of my friends even knew it existed until I told them that I'm getting it in the mail a while after getting the comic but yeah, I know it's almost the end of the year but I wanted it for collective purposes, mostly. And I wasn't able to get it earlier on because I didn't have Paypal.

So what do you guys think of it? I've already heard of the birthdates for various characters and some of the funny holidays it celebrates, Could post all the dates here when I get it (though I'm sure there's already a list of them online somewhere) I hope they make a 2011 one with Crack in Time and All 4 One art in it; and maybe even some more birthdays for characters and some new holidays.

I've seen the 2010 calendar and it was pretty cool, but I didn't buy it being it wasn't too big of a deal to me. Personally, if they make a 2011 one, I think have all the artwork should be done by Creaturebox suppose to the in game artwork/renders in the games. I would exclusive artwork only in the calender for each mouth, fitting with the themes of them.

Well I like to collect R&C stuff, and it's the only calendar done for the series so far

But yeah, if they do another… it should have more artwork than reusable game renders and wallpapers we've already seen lots of times before. I'd like to at least see half the images being exclusives not seen online before too, like you said… stuff done by Creaturebox

I can't remember how I found out about it, but it's the calendar I've been using all year!

Wow I actually just got it this morning in the mail XD (only took 5 days from the US… a lot quicker than usual lol) and it does look very cool, even though most are pics we've already seen, they look good in print.

Wish I got the blasted thing earlier but yeah some of the R&C dates are pretty funny. I'll probably write them all down for the topic if anyone wants.

I've heard about the 2010 R&C calendar, but to be honest, it didn't blew my mind away. If it pleases the bigger fans of the franchise, that is fine, but it isn't my kind of thing.

I used to be a fan in buying calendars with my favourite interests on it such as the South Park and Fullmetal Alchemist calendars, but since I am older now, I don't really see a point in getting these kind of calendars for every year. Plus they can be quite expensive too. $20 dollars for a calendar!?! I'll pass.

I think that would be a neat idea! Whoever is responsible for the character factsheets on RG could mention some of the date events in the calendar such as the characters birthdays for instance. :oui:

Looks like Helga's and Angela's Birthdays have passed, but Clank's birthday is coming up quite soon.

Can't seem to find Ratchets birthday…

My guess for Ratchet's birthday would either have to be in June-July or October-November.

If Clank's birthday is in October just like his English voice actor David Kaye, then I assume Ratchet's would be either in July just like James Arnold Taylor's birthday. Or it could be around the Scorpio horoscope month just like Mike Kelley's birthday, aka the first Ratchet voice actor.

I presume Insomniac would not include Ratchet's birthday based on his actor (or actors) date of birth, but maybe on when the game company from Insomniac created Ratchet.

But anyways, It's great to see at least Skid's birthday in the calendar. Go for more mentions of Skid McMarxx!

yeah, it's good to see his there, and lots of other characters little disapointed Ace's wasnt there, but oh well XD

Those holidays make me laugh too, especially those Blaargian holidays XD

I really wish that Ratchet's birthday was in there.
