Sujet : The random thread

I think there is something wrong with my computer! The sound doesn't work and I've tried the volume and it's at the maximum! My computer also says there is an update available and I tried to install it but it said update failed! I don't know what's happening to it… I think it may have a virus!

My computer has Windows 7 Ultimate.

UPDATE: My computer is fine. I uninstalled a program that was recently installed on my computer and now the problems are gone.

that volume thing had nothing to do with your computer BTW it was your speakers (i'm pretty sure of it) and the problem never stays long.

The computer that I'm talking about is a laptop, so it has built-in speakers.

Speaking of Maths… my teacher is trying to teach our class "Advanced Surds" (Surds being when you have a route multiplied or divided by another) Advanced Surds being when you have a surd divided by a negative version of itself, but each multiplied by a different number.

example:
5x/37
3x-/37


it involves changing the numbers so that they don't cancel each other out, multiplying out the non-route numbers, so you're left with a negative route and a positive route and then doing some other confusing things until you get just a single route on it's own… or something like that…

In fact, my Maths teacher describes it all as "a brain-f***"
