I sure would love to live in a world with ACiT's economy.

I'm pretty sure someone that played so much that he got a RYNO would be more sympathetic to newbies.
Of course you could only fight people in certain levels. Maybe in arenas you could set up large fights. E.g. 1 person with max armour and RYNO challenges anyone to fight, and the only way to win would be to have a team of maybe 3 very good players.
If only we had a topic to talk about this… A Ratchet MMO would work so well 
Or maybe have different arenas for the different level'd players.
E.g. Maktar for level 5-15 until Dreadzone for level 85-whatever.
Even have the platforming challenges from Annihilation Nation, and allow players to build their own.
What about the overworld? I was thinking of some space sections that controlled like the Airship sections from UYA and Deadlocked, with a bunch of planets and stations to reduce lag (so there's not a gazillion of players in the same place)
