I had a game for a system I had, but I wasn't opening if for… a year at least. When I was bored as hell, I decided to open it after all - and that's the story of how QfB turned me into R&C nerd

I can't help the feeling that's happened to me before. Maybe I'm thinking of R&C3, GTA IV or a CoD game? I don't really know. But I do know I've played every single game I've ever owned so much I can barely look at them anymore! The last time I used the PS2 was when I finished my Wrench Ninja Run in R&C2, that was ages ago! Since then ever time I tried I could barely play 5 minutes of R&C3 without falling asleep or shutting the system off in the hopes of preserving a few brain cells.

And that's why we're all waiting for new R&C games

Just whatever you do, do not do a R&C marathon every weekend!
I think that was why the older games are unplayable for me. And why the only R&C my younger brother will ever play is Tools of Destruction… because we could never get past Deadlocked before starting over the next weekend like it was 'Groundhog day II: The Week'

There are plenty of games in my house that I have never played but that's because I have siblings with varying tastes. Sometimes if I'm bored I'll check out a game of theirs that I didn't care to try before and end up enjoying it.

By the way, Kubak every time I read your quote thing I ALWAYS think of this: http://youtu.be/JFvtk5toGJg?t=2m29s
Okay, so the stupidest random thing just happened. Last year there was this super sale in a media store and one of the things I bought was Rabbits Land for Wii U (€5). I don't own a Wii U, so I never played it. A few days ago I saw a picture of my room where, for the first time, I saw that the game said 'Rabbits: Pretpark' which is a Dutch translation of the title. I wanted to check the disc to see if it had the same title cause if it did the game most likely had to be played in Dutch. So I open the box and… what the hecky? Ubisoft Fitness Coach? They swapped the discs! I always open my boxes and one rare time I don't and the wrong game is in there. And of all Ubi titles they could have mixed up, I'm stuck with a trashcan game…
Oh yeeaah!

Actually maybe we should have a thread that has the pros and cons of hardcopy vs digital and then tally up the points and see which one wins.

I don't know how anyone could 'not open' a case? I mean whenever I get a game it's such an event I rip straight into it no matter where I am.
I think I know what happened though. I took Rabbits for the sole reason it was a steal, but I was too bussy with 2 even betters steals. We were in a café just drinking a few soda's after a long walk in the city and in the measn time I was 'playing' with my game boxes. Inspect the haul and stuff, but for some reason I néver opened Rabbits and I didn't even see the 'Pretpark' thing on the side.
Its like a little goblin came in my room, got my box that said 'Rabbits Land' and swapped them…
This is DLC is my eyes. (its not really a spoiler, just a pic)
Btw.. do you guys think I'm weird now?

Pro for hardcopy: It can receive the Batman punishment. Con: the Batman punishment can break the game.
And HeartherGrace, you aren't weird. I have 2 copies of Size Matters and Secret Agent Clank, one for PSP and the other for PS2. 2 copies of Rayman: Origins PS3 and PSV, and 2 copies of J&D Trilogy for PS3 and PSV.
I also have some videogame merchandise: A Minecraft Redstone block. I mean I didn't buy it but it sits in my room and glows whenever I feel the need to hit it.

Digital Con: You seriously need 3 or so hard drives…

Physical Con: The equivalent of 3 500GB hard drives is 30 dual-layered Blu-ray discs
EDIT: No one saw this post before it was edited? Good.
Question: I just bought Uncharted 2, and it says that I've got about 24 GB left on my hard drive and the game is about 19 GB, but it's telling me I don't have enough free space.
Any tips?

Delete some stuff you don't need? Obviously one of them is lying, and either way if you're gonna get them to play nicely you will need to delete something.
My wording is a little off… hey it's late and I've been playing Jak II. Well more like enduring it actually.
