Can we talk about the new Nathan Drake for a second?
Gotta say that I'm not a big fan of where this is going.
Wow! In Uncharted 4, Nathan Drake's face is so different versus the one of Uncharted 3.
They look so realistic that a casual onlooker could actually believe that they are photographs. The image of the Nathan Drake of Uncharted 4 versus the one of Uncharted 3 is incredible to behold, and really drives home just how much more powerful the PlayStation 4 is compared to the PS3.
However, does anyone else think he looks, well, old? I don't say that to be shady to old people, but Nate was young in the first 3 games and that was only a few of years ago. He seems to have aged so much since, kinda changes his character a lot for me. I understand his face looking different due to the jump in graphics, but I don't think he should look so old.
Otherwise I think he looks great. 
I think what Darkstar is talking about is…
"Hey do you remember that game, with the guy who's like… strong… in his thirties… brown short hair… stubble…"
They talked about his age in Uncharted 4 before. They wanted to move things along a bit and show off an older Drake. Personally I wouldn't have done the same thing, but then again I thought The Last of Us was a bad idea, so what do I know?
At least he's not aging backwards.
anyway, i think it was an update for the vita and it kinda made the site glitchy for me, forgot how to use the website lol
that reminded me of jak 4, do any of you guys think its coming out or has it been cancelled completely
Jak 4? As far as I know, ND canned development before working on The Last of Us, and they don't seem to be interested in going back to games like that as they, "don't play into their current strengths". Heck, I don't even know if they'll go back to making games like Crash or Jak anytime soon. Whether or not that's a good thing depends on who you ask.
why are people into alot of violent gaming right now, platformers used to be the best
I don't know what to tell ya. Consoles get stronger and people develop different tastes. There are still platform games being made, but it's usually Indie developers that create them. Not gonna lie, though, I'd be more than happy to see variety in AAA releases. Metroidvanias, platformers, and more creative and brighter things in general. That'd be a good way to start, but it's also the most dangerous in the eyes of some publishers. (I still think Knack killed any of Sony's interest in making new AAA platform games.)
It's not all bad, though. There are plenty of promising games coming out soon.
