It's not just us, kids shows do suck now. I remember when Disney started showing that high-school non-comedy stuff. It just slowly got worse and worse and worse. I also happened to start growing out of stuff like Jimmy Neutron and Spongebob so naturally the channels stopped getting viewed by us.

A few years a go my little brother got into this Invader Zim thing, it was pretty funny. The key point was that it was old! (Not really old, but old enough). At night they would play all the good stuff they use to play, so we stayed up and watched a few of them. Shows like Ren and Stimpy and the Angry Beavers, those were proper kids shows!

Filip, Jak 3 missions? I actually completed all of those. Sure they weren't by any means easy, but I'll chose them over Jak II side missions any day! I'm still a little traumatised by the last time I tried those missions in Jak II… well at least Jak 3 Platinum should be a breeze now that all I need is to find the hidden orbs. Although I could see this taking a while…

Invader Zim is great! It atually has quite a big fanbase and it got me into the carriere of Richard Horvitz. Which you guys probably know as Pollyx, Zurgo, the Zoni and a few other voices. Great guy!

Point taken. Kid TV sucks nowadays… maybe give it a few years. It almost impossible to get worse.

I heard the story of what happened to him. He did the voices of a few cartoon characters (Like Zim and Dag from Angry Beavers). But around (I'm guessing) 2006 or so he was struggling to find work and one of his friends got him involved with Insomniac to try out for the Zoni (Might have been something else, but he ended up doing Zoni). He replaced whoever was doing it before and is now the Zoni.

The one thing that always stood out was the Tharpods. They sounded so familiar but I couldn't quite figure it out. Then I found out about the voice actors past, and you know the rest…

Well, I've got the minigames and the jumping missions left. I admit, had to use infinite boosts, Desert Screecher (awesome design imo), increased toughness and turbo jetboard, but it was fun anyway emoji well, pain was the timefreeze challenege… where I decided to use jetboard only to realize it ended on the other side of the Wasteland. I tried to use it for the long Ring race, too, but it slows down in the nest emoji nasty surprise.

I just DON'T want to look for those orbs… BTW I got the first game already plat'd… my sekond plat after Book of Spells.

I have every orb except for the Wasteland ones.
I'm just not that patient…

The first Jak game is easy to platinum. But you're still missing Jak II! Why does no one want to talk about the insane levels of crazy-hard found only in Jak II?

I got stuck on one mission in Jak II where I was pursued across the boardwalks by lots of guards. It was impossible to do, and I had no way of cancelling it. I thought perhaps if I had upgraded more before attempting the mission I'd have a better chance, but I didn't want to have to start a new save and go through all that agony I had experienced before that point in the game again, so I pretty much gave up on Jak II.

In stark contrast, I got the platinum for The Precursor Legacy in about a couple of days.

Everyone gets stuck there. Most will quit and never return. Some will return, and very few will actually do it (Yea I made those stats up, what are you prepared to do about it?)

I can provide a tip that helped me get past it back in the PS2 days, and again in the PS3 days and finally the PSV days.

Hop on the Jetboard and ride it out (on the boardwalk), you can get just beyond the spawn points if you keep up speed. Just make sure you don't fall in the water (easier said than done). But it's definitely the easiest way to get through (It will still take ages)

There's also a glitch that if you Dark Bomb te water, you will destroy those Border Patrols, making it possible to cross the water. I used that after few tries, knowing that ot took the other guy three LP episodes emoji

I can't say what was the hardest mission to me… I didn't do any side missions though. In Jak 3, escorting Jinx to blow up those boxes took me few tries. I also found it jarring when I hijacked that Zoomer loaded with Dark Eco only to be targeted by a bunch of missiles.

I prefer… not glitching. So I've never tried that dark bomb thing. On the other hand, the Jetboard isn't a cheat or glitch, it's just fast enough to (honestly) beat the Guard outta there!

Because I have given every mission of every Jak a very fair chance (completing everything in the first and 3rd, and very almost everything in the 2nd) I can say with confidence that the side missions on Jak II are easily the hardest. The game is a piece of cake to complete when compared to these missions!

I am not exaggerating.

Well, O forgot to mention that it took me 2 days to beat the final boss. It was fricking that you could later only use Blaster. If I at least the Beam Reflexor… Or the Gyro Burster threw into that Metal freak…
I clearly remember how I won that… For some time I had full Dark Eco meter and 2 HP left. At the climax of the fight, I grew tired and Darkbombed him.

"It was glorious!"

It seems everyone I meet on the Internet talking about this game doesn't know how to dodge roll and spin fire.

I only died to Kor once, and that was because I accidentally skipped the cutscene and wanted to watch it.

I did roll… a lot, and spinfired, too.
I can't get how some people got so for without knowing how to roll…

It was a good boss… but the weapon limit (you maybe didn't notice, but all you can get id Yellow ammo) made it pain… Maybe even buffing up his health while dropping all weapons would be better.

Spin firing with the Blaster is the best technique in the game.
Yeah, the Peace Maker is more powerful, but knowing how to effectively spin fire will help you lots, especially when Kor starts sending out his Metal Heads.

My first attempts (ON PS2) against Kor were terrible. I knew how to roll and spin-fire (I couldn't imagine how hard it would be doing the game without spin-firing!?). It may have something to do with me having not known about the Dark Jak upgrades until I finished the game.

Nowadays I find it much easier though. First-time and he's out! But it is always close, and a worthy finale.
