Chat and talk about Batman, the best Super-Hero of all time.

I like Batman (the franchise) for its characters but oddly enough I don't really care about Batman/Bruce Wayne himself. Just everybody else around him (pretty much feel the same about Superman/Clark Kent). My favorites are Dick Grayson, Damian Wayne, The Creeper, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy.

Couldn't agree more. Although I dislike Dick Grayson's Robin, always preffered Tim Drake.
Also like the Oracle, very good character indeed.
But Batman does have his share of awesome moments, like when he piloted the Watchtower from space in Justice League Unlimited.

I generally like Dick Grayson as Robin, with some exceptions (Teen Titans). I do prefer him as Nightwing though. I liked Tim as Robin but wasn't crazy about him as Red Robin. And yeah Oracle is great. I love Babs as Batgirl but she really shines as Oracle. I really like her in Birds of Prey. She's a very inspiring character.
You're right, Batman isn't without his moments, but generally everybody else around him is just so much more interesting. That's probably one of the reasons why I loved Brave and the Bold so much.

I think Dick was always being a nuisance or being captured.
By far his worst interpretation has to be in the Joel Schumacher movies (although I did like that joke in Forever poking fun of Adam West's Batman).

No arguments there lol, they handled the character so terribly in the movies. Speaking of movies, which are you favorites? I don't actually love any of the Batman movies but I guess I probably like Batman Returns most, for some reason. That's still not saying much though haha. I thought The Dark Knight wasn't bad, but I loathed Rises.

I'd say the Tim Burton movies, but I can't deny that I also really liked Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker and Mask of the Phantasm.

QFT OMG. Usually I just don't care about Bruce Wayne but TDK trilogy made me dislike him so hard. IMO, I don't think TDK was a bad movie, but I didn't like it as a Batman movie, if that makes sense. I can't say the same for Batman Begins and The Dark Knight Rises simply because I don't think those movies were good to begin with.

Also if we're including animated features then I completely agree with Return of the Joker. That would be my top favorite Batman film. I could give or take Batman Beyond as an animated series (it was alright) but that movie was great.

EDIT: Also, I thought Under the Red Hood was good, but not quite as good as Return of the Joker. Both were pretty emotional though.

The Dark Knight thankfully had the Joker, I still get some chills watching him in that movie.

He's not my favorite Joker but he's certainly effective, and the movie would be infinitely more boring without him.

What's your favourite Joker to be exact? Mine's the one in Arkham Asylum/City, with the one from The Killing Joke comming in close second. In fact, just like Mark Hamill, I would love a movie adaptation of that story.
