It missed the sleeve and it was NTSC. I can only play PAL format, so I would have re-selled it. I pick stuff for myself over re-sellers.

You'd be surprised. The pre-order version of LBP2 came from NA region, meaning that it couldn't sync with either the PSN or the original game.

That's a problem with MM not the PS3, it was also like that in MNR and P4A.
