The second one is not like the first one.
It is the plumber saying there is no post credit scene and you should leave. The first post credit scene is actually the important one.

Okay, i went last night with my girlfriend. the theater was almost empty XD (we went at like 9:15) and oh god, during all of the trailers that played, the colours were inverted, and the trailers were slightly off of the screen. i managed to get that on my phone, so they fixed the projector and skipped the trailers 
i enjoyed the movie, and so did my girlfriend, it's sad to think that we might not get a sequel because of how the film is doing right now.
Honestly, even if the movie had been well received by critics I doubt it would've done well.
They pushed it back so that it wouldn't coincide with any other major movie release and then it ends up coming out in the same week as Civil War, oops.
