Granted, the weapons will be upgraded like they were in ACIT, the weapons stay the same but projectile weapons get 2 extra projectiles per shot.
I wish for the gameplay to be the priority for the game, I don't care if the story is as bad as R&C2's just so long as there's loads of fun stuff to do.

I don't really get what you mean by that but, granted! You don't have to play the game at all to beat it.
I wish for a create mode of some kind
Your wish will be granted, however the create mode is implemented poorly, and barely anyone can use it effectively which leads to millions of really bad community levels cluttering your single player experience.

I wish the possible arena will include Deathcourses like in UYA.
I'm afraid they would focus on the arena more than the main gameplay, which makes the game suck.

I hope that there is an incredibly awesome-looking lava level that is large, non-linear, and features moments where you go through secret underground caves through volcanoes and stuff.

The only reason it's considered a "hard" level is because there's a 99% chance the game crashes during it. (I misread your post)
The ice world is super easy and in fact is just one cutscene before moving on
I wish the movie features hi-def renditions of the "destroyed" locations like Batallia or Oltanis
Every Planet will look battered and non-pretty.
