Where are all the "POW!"s, "WHAM!"s, all these funny little animation bits like Sly hanging in the air before he falls… They just haven't kept anything of the original Sly Cooper feel, in fact, where the heck is Paris!? I can't see the Eiffel Tower in the background, I can't see "Le Police". All I see is "Genericamericanpolis".

And Sly's design.. I accepted it. I got used to it, pink glasses are on.

I wasn't really a fan of TiT's cutscene design either TBH…
I gotta agree on that. I liked it, but I prefer the original artstyle. Really unique and more comic-like than the TiT one.

I though it was amazing! I can't remember how long I was outside, looking at the sun and see. It's funny, I recently read that Sly 4 was made in Unity 3D. Which is engine I work with.

As to that TiT artstyle… I said the designs are great, but from the technical side the visuals… Well…
So there are 1 or 2 really weird texture glitches on models, but todat's very best games have those. In terms of design I find Sly 4 is one of the best looking games out there. The levels are colorfull and filled to the brim with props that fit the different themes. The sun in Arabia is just like the real sun: very very blinding. The lighting looks nice, the shading is awesome. I don't think Sly 4 has an ugly side… besides the story.
