I always liked Courtney Gears being a parody of Britney Spears. I'm not sure if that's been mentioned already in 2010 but whatever.
Another one is the Vox channel being a parody of the real life Fox channel.

Anyways, i think i found something that might be an easter egg or a glitch.
In the HD port of Deadlocked (I'm not sure if it's in the original), look at ratchet's face while walking really slowly. If you get the right speed, he'll have a really weird expression on his face.. i can't even describe it, maybe something like this :3 
It's probably a glitch (I don't have a PS2 version)… Overall that port is, if not terrible, is really, really, really bad.
