1. Eventually his clone Solid Snake runs into a real life Vampire, and because of the strong links between Big Boss and Solid Snake they often feel deja vu from each others timelines. (Can't think of an example right now, but you will pick up on a few things as time goes on)
2. If you are in prison (MGS3) and you save and turn off the game and come back like 24 hours or so later (maybe 1 hour, I cant remember) you will load the save and be taken to another game about vampires. Snake will eventually wake up from a dream and if you call Para-medic (Or Signt, I cant remember) they will have a conversation about it.
Pretty sure it was Para-Medic. I don't think the vampire dream sequence is in the HD version of MGS3 though, sadly.
Don't you guys think its a shame they didn't remaster Twin Snakes instead of Peace Walker? Would have been cool to hear Phsyco Mantis say:

Nah, I think Peace Walker is really good (unless it used the same mechanics Peace Walker did).
I 've played MGS1, but not Peace Walker. So thats a question for mister Ruler.
