Thread: CreatureBox

I have been looking at CreatureBox's website (the people who are doing the art for the RaC comic), and I want to attempt to try their style. However… I don't really know how they do it

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to go about this? I have my lineart almost done, I just need to get their colouring style pinned down :P

They are only doing the cover artwork for it.
As for attempting it, practise? :/

Oh yeah XD Practice I can do, but I mean, I don't know what they actually do to get that grungy feel to their pics. Like, do you think they overlay a texture or something?
