Ratchet would always start of with a different outfit when you begin playing a Ratchet and Clank game. These are the following outfits that Ratchet began to wore in every game so far:

Ratchet and Clank 1 - Old School Suit
Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando - Commander Suit
Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal - Alpha Pilot Suit
Ratchet: Deadlock - Marauder Armor
Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters - Old School Suit
Secret Agent Clank - Prison Scrubs
Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction - Pilot Suit
Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty - Scavenger Suit
Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time - Holoflux Armor

Which main Ratchet outfits are your favorites from Most to Least?

I don't even know if I should count Size Matters since it's the same outfit as the one in Ratchet and Clank 1.

But anyhow, here's is my favorite outfits from Most to Least.

Old School Suit (Ratchet and Clank 1)
Commander Suit (Going Commando)
Holoflux Suit (A Crack in Time)
Alpha Pilot Suit (Up Your Arsenal)
Scavenger Suit (Quest 4 Booty)
Prison Scrubs (Secret Agent Clank)

Least

he Commando suit and the Alpha pilot suit are the same but with a different colour scheme anyway.

the Holoflux Suit from ACiT is my favorite while the Marauder Armor from Dreadlock is my least.

Not really if you look at it very closely. The Commander Suit actually has a tighter appearance on Ratchet while the Alpha Pilot suit makes Ratchet's torso a little bit buff, but not extremely buff like in Deadlocked.
