As I got older, I've been wondering why did the Galactic President ever appoint Qwark a high position? I mean Qwark did allied with Drek, the man that destroyed multiple planets. Shouldn't he be a little more skeptical?
It could have something to do with how he cant be trusted. But I could be wrong.
