If I'm not mistaken you can't emulate console games on an arcade cabinet. But since its a custom job you're probably able to use it like a demopod and hook up a different controller. NDS is probably not an option.

I'm going to connect a PS3 and Wii controller, and I also have a mouse for the touch… I'm already playing a long time NDS games on my mac with a wii controller…

Wiht the mouse, you just click, and I don't need the touch that much for new mario bros and mario kart DS
