Buddy of mine wants to go to a fancy snacy cinema in Amsterdam. But that ain't gonna happen. I'm not sleeping in a tent outside! Besides, friends always text me pictures when they're in a cinema with just a couple people. I text them when it's almost full. Seriously, I don't understand why that thing is still in bus ness! Good thing though.
And Heir to the Empire? Hot damn, a fantastic book. I freaking love Mara Jade!
I love the paperback's cover art for Choices of One. T'was actually the reason why I picked it up back then! And in Star Wars games I always want a magenta Lightsaber. Spend hours in SW: Knights 1 trying to find one. And when I did, I became a dual wielding badd@$$, so cool.
Quick! List your top 10 Star Wars novels!
1. Star Wars: Dynasty of Evil 2. Star Wars: Rule of Two 3. Star Wars: Heir to the Empire 4. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II 5. Star Wars: The Old Republic - Deceived 6. Star Wars: Path of Destruction 7. Star Wars: Death Troopers 8. Star Wars: Allegiance 9. Star Wars: Dawn of the Jedi - Into the Void 10. Star Wars: Choices of One
Heck I don't know if I can even remember them all…
To keep it simple I'll just list the stuff I like (if there are no objections )
Old Republic: Revan is always a favourite for me, just because I love me some Old Republic. Thrawn trilogy Legacy of the Force Fate of the Jedi … Though this one gets a little weird.
You guys like to read novels? I'll just be honest - I'm pretty much a visual person, so I don't always enjoy reading books full of texts and no pictures. I guess I prefer reading the comics, but, is the story deeper in the novels?

I have Revan (bought it because it's getting a little harder to find). But haven't read it yet. I want to finish Knights of the Old Republic II first. The weird thing, though, is that I've played

Female Revan. So when I read the book I'm gonna swap he for she.
If you haven't read it yet, you should pick up the Darth Bane trilogy by Drew Karpyshyn.

Awesome! Karpyshyn is a fantastic writer, my favorite actually. He did so many BioWare games like Mass Effect 1/2, Jade Empire and The Old Republic. He quit when he wanted to write his Children of Fire Trilogy, but recently said he's working at BioWare again. Super happy to hear that, and he's still going to write novels. Yay!
Ok, I've been wanting to do this for a while. But what do you guys think are the best Star Wars characters? I'd love to see some top-5/10/20/whateveryouwish his. It's gonna be hard to make a selection, I'll meditate on this today.
I still like The Clone wars and Rebels better than the EU or the Movies. That being said, I will definitely watch Star Wars 7…though I will probably wait a few days after it comes out.

The way I see it there's the Lucas Canon and the Disney Canon. And while I'm looking forward to Force Awakens and etc. I highly doubt it will top the Trawn Trilogy. Even though Captain Phasma looks like a pretty freaking awesome new character.
