I had an idea for a weapon (if you can even call it that) from a weird dream. Recently I watched the wachowskis 1999 classic, the matrix. Besides the great concept in it, even though the cgi was dated looking, the invention of bullet time made those scenes all the more interesting. I had a dream recently about the new ps4 ratchet game, in it was a weapon that I can't remember what it looked like, but it was called the bullet timer. If you fired it, it would turn the shooting into matrix type slow motion shooting. I want to expand on this and was wondering what the rest of you think of this, in my mind it's not original, but it would add a cool gameplay mechanic to the series, let me know.
