So I rendered a pic with the PS2 models, and scaled them based on a couple screenshots. I think this might be accurate. What do you think?
I may consider making a height chart for all the characters.

Someone made a height chart with the PS2 models, this is it.
I'm not sure Courtney Gears is as tall as Angela (I'm going purely based on the cutscenes).

Ratchet is short, but, uh, I think he's pretty muscular. His chest. I'm not the only one who thinks of that, right?

I agree Ratchet's upper body is pretty muscular. When I played the games on PS2 for the first time, my TV settings were all wrong. Playing a 4:3 game with 16:9 ism't a great idea. So when I play the classic HD, you could really see how his chest puffs out.
But I think his chest shrunk as time passes.

His chest is normal sized. His hips are inverted in the Ps2 games. The future series widened them a bit, but the spinoffs reverted them back to normal.
