Thread: Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart

I'm actually thinking about giving the Jak & Daxter franchise yet another chance. It has been some years and I cannot shake the feeling I'm missing out. I've tried all of them (several times), but never got more than two or three hours in... It's a shame the PS4 versions didn't get a regular release, but something by Limited Run instead.

You can get them all on PS4 on the PS Store, in fact I actually think they're on sale right now lmao.

I'm just glad Crash was able to escape the scourge of Naughty Dog. After what happened with the Last of Us 2, I definitely don't want to see a new Jak game or even a new Uncharted game from them.

Crash Bandicoot got lucky.

I've not played TLOU or TLOU2 for that matter, but I did shitpost about it on /v/ enough to grasp the whole story basically lmao, and I've seen my brother play a good bit of it. That game looks fucking class, I don't see what the big issue is.

Crash is back after all these years!!! His gameplay reminds me alot of Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, especially the portal jumping and grindrailing. Also his new elemental masks allow him to slow down time and reverse gravity, just like Clank!

I'm so fucking excited for Crash 4 holy shit it looks amazing.

Not really sure, but Playstation magazine did add Ratchet and Clank in the Ps5 collage. Now there is supposed to be a new game event in early August for the PS5, so hopefully both of Insomniac's games will get the spotlight then.

Remember, we don't really know if Ratchet and Clank is a day-one release or early 2021. Either way, it's fine -- I've waited a lot longer for a lot less.

 My first thought is to wait awhile. I'm yet to play some very cool games that were released this generation, so I'm trying to be strong and wait for the Slim version.

Years probably, yes. 

Three games so far. There are a lot of games being developed right now we have no idea about. It is actually really nice to get a new console later in a generation. Tons of fun to be explored and for a much smaller price.

 Well, if R&C: Rift Apart is a launch title, then it would probably be either day one, or get it for Christmas this year, for me.
