As I said, let's consider this a rumour. Though an official distributor for a whole country is a pretty reliable source. And there is a reason to delay it - with the lack of any sort of advertising so far, a Spring release (this Spring…) is practically impossible, while in Summer there's gonna be a load of blockbusters that would take away most of the movie's audience. That, and delaying the movie would give IG more time to finish their game and release both along.

Yes you did. Insomniac test-screened the movie in LA on february 27th.
I found that post on Twitter and put it into Google Translate. It said "months, not years wrong ". So according to this translation, he mistook the month, not the year. I don't know which translation to believe (I'm guessing that its most likely Kubak's that's correct, but I want to believe Google's too). I REALLY don't want the movie to be pushed back that far. So I hope that he was just joking
