Finally! Some legit official news about the movie!
I'm so "jelly" on the french fans right now…
By the way, great job and good optimism bro.
Also, another thing on the bright side: they'll have to announce the international release dates at the festival. They just have to!

Don't be, it will be a private screening during the "Film Market", which is basically reserved to investors and cinemas. Though, I'll try to contact some people to see if I can attend I don't have high hopes, to be honest.

"Animovie, you forgot about a one important detail - those are going to be market screenings, private events, nothing meant for a wider audience."
Yeah, I guess some people won't know that ahead of time. Thanks.

"Are the test-screens just a way to attract audience "
Test screenings are a way to see how will the audiences react to the movie. Also, keep in mind there already were test screenings, these are market screenings, most probably for distributors interested in the movie.

That's like, when we look at the back of a DVD case, it says "Hilarious Movie! – New York Times" or "Laugh out Loud! –SBN."

Um… What does this have to do with test screenings? Critics aren't invited to those.

Oh, now I get it. By the way, How will the creators (or whatever) attract audience? With TV comercials or something?
@Animovie Ratchet
"hope so. Not sure when sony plans to advertize the movie. Hopefully once Sunset TV is offically over on tuesday."
The promotion of SO has nothing to do with the promotion of R&C, Vitti stated that several times on IG Forums. It's up to Sony/CMG when they are going to advertise the game/movie, Microsoft has nothing to do with it.
At least we know the movie's not in April!
