Actually there is… Czech is Tšekki in Finnish. But i do not know, that are there CORRECT words or are they "false" words(i mean that sometimes people may put there wrong words so that they could fool other people )? But i hope that it helps you!

You need to make it the right (or appropriate) size, around 150x200 pixels I reckon and then you have to upload the image to a site like http://imageshack.us/ (which is free) and then you add the picture's 'direct link' to the 'avatar' bar in your profile and then it should work

Unfortunately there is no way to check because the weapon was added at the last minute and Insomniac didnt have time to add a metre… from what I heard :S so yeah, you'll just need to keep using it til it's at its max level.

I don't think there is any Talwyn skin in this game.

The Elvis skin, however, does exist. It's called Bancho Ratchet. I forgot how to unlock it though.
