it tells you how to get the elvis skin and there could be a talwyn skin maybe you have to collet all the zoni and constructo modes get all the trophies and skill points if anyone unlocks the talwyn skin if there is one please tell us.

There is no Talwyn skin for ACiT. Also, Hannah don't double post next time, use the edit button

It should skip if you press the Start button, but some are used to conceal loading screens, these cutscenes cannot be skipped.
I think you can skip cutscenes in Challenge mode as well… but yeah, I don't remember if you can skip the ones concealing load screens in CM; probably not.
