5 mins later, he spring back to life…


Me: "Just as I thought!"

Yea I see what you mean, you knew Ratchet would come back from the start, but for me it was like.

"Wow, Nefarious is DEAD! Thats like madness"
Ratchet gets hit "Knew Azimuth was going to go off at Ratchet like that"
Ratchet dies "Still can't bieleve Nefarious is DEAD! He was so cool!"
playing as Clank "Cool to I get to fight him as Clank! Get to slow time on that bad mo-fo, what a twist!"
Clank reverses time "Oh thats right SIX MINUTES! That Plumber… somethings up with him."
Clank standing between Azimuth and Ratchet… then it hit me "WHOA! Ratchet died!"

I see where you're going with this! But maybe it's in our kiwi nature that we act that way, lol

But even seeing Ratchet getting killed by Azimuth didn't have a exact affect, I knew that he would come back to life anyhow, You don't see Ratchet dying like that in the other games like that…

It's possible they could kill of Ratchet… oh wait no.

Yes, they could. Remmember that they have other IP's to sustent like Resistance and Overstrike, thay had the right to indeed kill Ratchet.

NO, remember they don't own Ratchet, Sony do, and for as long as Sony like money, they are not going to see Ratchet die, and if Ratchet ends with a death in the end, Sony and whatever developer makes that move, are going to be facing up against a lot of enraged fans.

EDIT: Oh and by the way Resistance is Over, Insomniac ended it.

I'm not a big Resistance fan so I didn't knew that and true that Sony owns them but put it this way, why did Insomniac CHANGE Ratchet and Clank? Because they wanted to end the series with those six games so that the fans wouldn't get sick of it, go see how some people like MegaMan with the new released MegaMan 10:"This sucks; Is always the same thing; I knew the ending before the game was even released." This basically the reactions of most MegaMan fans when they finished MegaMan 10. Do you want the fanbase to be like that?

Well if Insomniac decide to stop making Ratchet & Clank, Sony will probably say, okay not forcing you to make any. But they will probably have some other company continue the series, and I imagine they would never let Ratchet die, considering the audience R&C is aimed for…

I was just shocked pretty much about Ratchet dying. I knew something would happen to bring Ratchet back but it still got my adrenalin up.
And this has been on my mind lately. I read somewhere that for each R&C game sales drop slighlty. I'm hoping they don't pull the plug sometime in the next few years.
